Our privacy commitments

Privacy is the #1 rule of FEX Freebooter. Here is how the platform is being designed to keep your book yours.

Pre-launch: the service is still being built. Everything on this page describes what we are designing and committing to, not a finished, audited system.

Isolated, encrypted workspace per agent

Designed so each agent’s data is stored separately from every other agent’s and encrypted at rest and in transit.

No shared encryption keys

Designed so each workspace is encrypted with its own key that is never shared between agents.

No owner access path

We are building the service so the platform owner and admins have no way to read your clients, notes, reports, or call sheets.

Carrier logins in your own vault

Designed so carrier credentials sit in your own encrypted vault, used only to pull your own reports, and never shown to us.

Never sold, never shared

We commit not to sell your data, share it with other agents, or use it to market to your clients, and to hold any vendors we use to the same rule.

What we don’t claim

No online system is immune to every risk. We don’t claim to be “unhackable,” and we hold no certifications (such as SOC 2 or HIPAA) today. Ask us anything before you upload.
